Away from public transport and local restaurants. Though the staff was generally friendly, the room had some maintenance issues like a broken kettle and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. the breakfast buffet was quite impressive with a wide variety of choices.

The staff responsiveness, the cleanliness of the communal areas, the proximity to local attractions was impressively high-quality.

The stay was quite pleasant overall, especially with easy access to the train station and the funicular for Citta Alta just a short stroll away. The breakfast options were impressive, featuring a varied spread that included healthy choices like yogurt without added sugar and fresh tomatoes. I encountered some issues with AC not cooling the room properly, and the refrigerator was only marginally effective at keeping items cool. Despite these minor inconveniences, the location and the breakfast made my stay worthwhile.

The bed felt great, and the room had a modern design. Breakfast was plenty, but the hot items like bacon and scrambled eggs were always cold, and I couldn't find a microwave to warm them up. The room had some problems too, like a window that didn't close properly, letting in noise and drafts. I also had issues with cleanliness. I found hair in the shower and fresh towels had stains. Though the reception staff were friendly and tried to help, my request for connecting rooms for my kids wasn’t fulfilled. There were also limited amenities like only paper cups in the room. Despite these irritations, the charm of the hotel and its great location did stand out.
